Presented as part of Midsumma Festival, 3D: Deaf, Draws, Drinks is a specially programmed Life Drawing session for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community at Hares & Hyenas. 

Artists Selwyn Craig Hoffmann and Elvin Lam invite you to pay homage to a celebrated space of congregation for our LGBTIQA+ community. Have fun in this Auslan-friendly space of expression, and enjoy a drink while drawing Hares & Hyenas’ life models. 

No drawing experience is necessary in order to participate. Art supplies will be provided, however, you are also welcome to bring your own, including your iPad or tablet. 

Hares & Hyenas is Melbourne's queer and intersectional bookshop, performance venue and community hub. For 28 years it has worked in the areas of community development amongst some of the most marginalised in the queer community.
