Hear from Professor Fethi Mansouri as he explores the history of racism in Australia and how it impacts our community today.
Join us on Wednesday 11 December to hear from Professor Mansouri, the Director of the Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation, as he explores the history of racism in Australia and how it impacts our community today.
He will also share insights about what local governments and service providers can do to address racism in their communities.
Professor Mansouri holds the UNESCO Chair for comparative research on cultural diversity and social justice and is an expert advisor to the UN on cultural diversity and intercultural relations. He also sits on the advisory boards of various government agencies and NGOs including the Victorian State government and the Australian Intercultural Society respectively.
There will be a chance to ask questions and afterwards you can enjoy the morning tea provided.
