Wellbeing Workout with the Mind

Many people have a plan to address their physical fitness, but those who thrive in life address their ‘mental fitness’ as well. In this one-hour, interactive workshop the team from The Mind Room will guide us through evidence-based, daily behaviours that contribute to psychological wellbeing, resilience and stress management. Come away from the session with practical ideas to improve your wellbeing and a personalised Fit Mind plan.

Presented by the Ewing Trust and Yarra Libraries.
