Your health is the key to doing your best, most creative work in this world, and this doesn't mean just not being sick, I mean thriving - Full of energy and vitality to get though your day with a clear focus. How you do one thing is how you do everything, so we will show you how prioritising your health - daily habits, nutrition, movement, breathe, and mindfullness can improve all areas of your life.

Being "healthy" is a very vague term today, so in this workshop will break it down for you so you can make changes today by:

  • Taking an inventory of your entire health and lifestyle and connect the importance of these areas
  • Show what daily habits you can integrate that will improve your vitality
  • Teach you simple tools to calm your nervous system and manage stress.
  • Teach the power of positive language and visualisation.

About the speaker:

Dr. Angela Baklis is the founder of The A Life. After 10 years in clinical practice treating a broad range of conditions and teaching rehabilitative pilates Angela noticed her patients needed more than just hands on treatment to target the root cause of their conditions.

Today Angela is also a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and now uses all these avenues to help chronic pain and complicated conditions. Angela has had amazing results with patients who have been dealing with pain, hormone imbalances and inflammation for years.

What to bring:

Please bring a pen and paper for notes and business cards for networking if you have them. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch or coffee to this casual training and networking event. Please note that no refreshments will be provided at this session.
