Throughout summer, Collingwood Children’s Farm is running Ride to the Farm days to show people just how enjoyable cycling to the farm can be. 

The Farm would love to see more people visiting by bicycle, rather than by car. It's great for health, environment and the hip pocket! 

Have a fun and healthy day-out by cycling – or walking – to the farm on Saturday, 10 November. 

It’s market day, so you will have the opportunity to do your grocery shopping at the same time! Get on a cargo bike so you can carry your produce home. 

The assembly and departure point for the first Ride to the Farm is the Melbourne Polytechnic campus on Yarra Bend Road in Fairfield. You can arrive any time between 7:30am and 3pm, and ride to the farm at your leisure. Make sure to get a free sausage from the sausage sizzle if you get to the farm in good time!
