Rabbit Run Away Orphanage are hosting their annual trivia night, Winter Wonderland to raise funds for rabbits with special needs. Come along to the Collingwood Town Hall Ballroom from 6.30pm on Saturday 4 August. 

Rabbit Run Away Orphanage are the first non-kill pet rabbit rescue and are a non-profit organisation. They are a public charity, run by a committee under Australian Law, with membership and a small dedicated group of volunteers. The Orphanage receives no government funding and is reliant on donations and fundraising by people that care about the welfare of pet rabbits.

The orphanage aims to:

• care for sick, unwanted, stray, or mistreated rabbits

• facilitate appropriate short-term care
  
  
• medical treatment
  
  
• rehabilitation treatment
  
  
• long-term re-homing solutions
  
  
• educate the public on rabbit ownership and care
  
  
• prevent unnecessary euthanasia of rabbits
  
  
• discourage cruelty to rabbits.

Refreshments are included (winter warmer platter, soft drinks, tea and coffee). You can bring your own snacks. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, champagne) will be available for $5. 

Be sure to bring gold coins as there will be a live and silent auction! 

To attend, you must book a ticket in advance. Tickets are $45. Funds raised are not-for-profit and go back to caring for their beautiful rabbits.
