Free Carer Support Group

Monday 12 February 2018

Come along on Monday 12 February from 12.30pm to 2.30pm to meet others with the lived experience as a carer to build your support networks and discuss day to day issues.

Grow is a community-based organisation that has helped tens of thousands of Australians recover from mental illness through a unique program of mutual support and personal development.

Grow mental wellness programs will be facilitating a supportive environment at the Isaac Schweitzer conference room at The Melbourne Clinic for family and friends to discuss and collectively seek solutions through mutual peer support. Light refreshments will be provided.

The program offers: information, education, self-help, friendship, learning activities, personal development and social events support from others with the lived experience as a carer.

If you enjoy the day and would like to continue growing your support networks, Grow Carer Support groups run for two hours, twice a month, are confidential, offered at no charge and are followed by refreshments.

Please RSVP by Thursday 8 February by contacting Grow mental wellness programs on 1800 558 268 or 9528 2977 or at [email protected]
