Local composer and guitarist Cam Butler (solo artist, Ron S. Peno and The Superstitions, Silver Ray) is presenting an exciting concert of works for a 16 piece band (10 strings, a rhythm section, 3 keyboards and electric guitar) at the Richmond Theatrette.

Find Your Love is Cam’s best work to date, full of sweeping melodies and lush textures that can only be made by a band of this size. It has a sound unlike anything else. This concert will coincide with the release of his new orchestral album as well as include songs from Cam’s back catalogue.

The highly original compositions that Cam has developed for this orchestra are a fusion of the Melbourne underground rock guitar scene sound, with a contemporary classical string section. This is a sound that Cam has been working on for the past 15 years.

The concert will also include specially tailored stage lighting to create an intimate atmosphere to support the music.
