What makes a business successful? Join Marcus Tarrant from Business Planning HQ, a business consultant with 25-years experience.  Marcus worked as Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and Lloyd Morgan Consulting where he advised several of Australia's leading companies on growth strategy and innovation. He started Business Planning HQ in 2010. Marcus has advised in excess of 1,500 business on their startup, funding and growth strategies. In this session he shares what he's learned about what strategies new business employ, answering questions such as:

- What makes a business successful (and unsuccessful)?
- How do others define success?
- How is a founder really different to a manager?

This is a lunchbox learning session, held on the last Thursday of each month. These free events have been running for four years, and are a great opportunity for networking with local businesses. Bring your lunch and relax while listening and learning. Tea and coffee will be provided.
