Movement Workshop

Friday 11 August 2017

Katrina Rank trained at The Australian Ballet School and performed with The Dancers Company, the Victorian State Opera and Northern Ballet Theatre (UK). She has worked extensively in community dance. In 2013, Katrina initiated Fine Lines, intergenerational dance and projects. Fine Lines began with contemporary dance classes for experienced dancers now entering their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.

These are fun, physical movement workshops aimed at capturing people's life experience so they can be woven into a physical theatre performance to be held in October.

Led by artists from the Fine Lines ensemble, the workshop will play with story, moments and imagination.

These sessions are open to seniors 55+ who are interested in processes that free creativity and imagination. Come to one or to both.

Places are limited so bookings are essential.
