Yarra’s draft budget released including proposed leisure services fees
Yarra Council is seeking your feedback on its draft Budget 2013/14 and draft Council Plan 2013-17 until Thursday 16 May.
The draft budget includes proposed changes to Yarra Leisure’s fees and charges. We encourage all Yarra Leisure patrons to find out more and provide feedback on the issues and projects that interest and affect you.
We also invite you to find out more about the Budget and Council Plan at the upcoming information sessions to be held on:
- Wednesday 8 May from 12.30pm – 2pm at Fitzroy Town Hall (201 Napier Street)
- Thursday 9 May from 5.30pm – 7pm at Richmond Town Hall (333 Bridge Road)

Learn how to accurately identify slope, slope direction and grade affect break. Learn how your position on a slope influences break and speed and learn that putting is actually predictable!

Get into Golf – June/July clinics
Our June to July 'Get into Golf' clinics schedule have just been released.
You can join us for a four week clinic on a Thursday, Saturday or even Sunday. Our resident professionals Brent Davis & Graham Hoskins are here to help.
Don't have clubs? Doesn't matter, we'll supply everything you need, just wear some comfortable shoes and clothing and we'll take care of the rest! Spots are limited, only six students per class!
Brent's clinics
Brent is offering beginner and intermediate level clinics on Saturdays. The clinics begin on Saturday 1 June and conclude on Saturday 22 June. Session times are below.
Levels and session times available: Beginner level clinic - 12.00pm-1.00pm / Intermediate level clinic - 1.30pm-2.30pm.

Graham's clinics
Graham is offering beginner level clinics on Thursday & Sunday. The clinics begin on Thursday 20 June and conclude on Sunday 14 July. Session times are below.
Session times available: Thursday (20 June-11 July) - 11.30am-12.30pm / Sunday (23 June-14 July) - 12.00pm-1.00pm.

Join us at Burnley Golf Course for a mini-clinic with our PGA Pro Brent Westwick.
Mini clinic sessions will run every Friday from 11.30am to 12.30pm beginning Friday 5 April. Perfect a different part of your game every week.
Cost: $20 per session
