Lost and Stray Animals

If your pet is lost or you have found a stray cat/dog please contact the Council’s Community Amenity Unit on 9205 5063, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, or call Council’s after hours number on 9205 5555 outside of these hours.

It should be noted that the majority of lost and stray cats/dogs found in the City of Yarra are taken to the Lost Dogs Home – Council’s Pound Contractor.
