Whatever your goal, Yarra Personal Trainers bring you health and fitness in a friendly, positive, personalised and motivating way.
Our Personal Training programs are individually designed to get you where you want to be – faster. Trainers use their skills and experience to ensure each session leaves you feeling fit and bursting with energy. They will use a combination of equipment like balls, free weights, kettle bells, boxing gear, and even your own bodyweight to help you reach your best.
Sessions can be half or one hour, for one or two people, and can be purchased casually or in ten-packs. Gift vouchers are also available.
Special rates are available for group training sessions at both Richmond Recreation Centre and Collingwood Leisure Centre.
