Cost of a Land Information Certificate

As of 1 July 2023 the cost of a land information certificate is:

• $28.90 for normal processing (allow 5 business days for a web application);
• $77.06 for urgent certificates required within 24 hours (available only via a web application).

Due to recent changes in the service delivery times of Australia Post, Yarra's ability to provide Land Information Certificates via regular mail has been affected. We encourage all applicants to apply for this information electronically, as responses to applications via regular mail may take up to 3 weeks to be returned.
