Bike Trails - Route notes

The City of Yarra enjoys some of the most fantastic scenery in Melbourne.  Bike paths are well established and are suited to riders of all abilities.

Capital City Trail

Cyclists riding on Capital City Trail Spanning 27km the Capital City Trails follows the Yarra River from the Charles Grimes Bridge to the Eastern Freeway.  From here follows Merri Creek to the edge of Yarra's boundary.  Attractions include the Collingwood Children's Farm, Dights Falls and Yarra Bend Park.


Main Yarra Trail

Cyclists near bridge Follow the Yarra River from Southbank to Westerfolds Park.  The Main Yarra Trail offers bicycle paths and scenic bushland for a relaxing ride only minutes from the Central Business
