Industrial & Commercial Land Management
Significant changes have occurred in the structure and trends in industrial and business activities throughout Yarra over the last 15-20 years.
Independent planning and property consultants completed the Yarra Industrial and Business Land Strategy Review in 2004. The review proposes possible rezonings of industrial and business land, which would take place in the medium to long term and would generally be initiated by the owner of the land with involvement from the local community.
The Yarra Industrial and Business Land Strategy Review was adopted by Council in 2005 and can be viewed here:
