Types of visits include:

Introduction to the library – An age-specific introduction outlining library resources for study and pleasure, this may include a craft activity if appropriate, and browse time.

Subject specific – If your class is studying a particular topic we can take your class through the variety of age specific research options and ensure that we have related books onsite when you visit.

Research skills – We can tailor a session for your group looking at database and catalogue searches, the pros and cons of searching online and what you need to look out for.

Specialty weeks - including Children’s Book Week - Keep an eye on the library website booking system, and sign up to the Yarra Libraries educators’ newsletter to keep informed.
