Heating/cooling
There is a ducted heating system that is operated via a control panel within the storage room behind the stage. Refer to floor plan.

Collingwood Senior Citizens Centre is wheelchair accessible.
Toilets
There are male and female toilets within the facility as well as an access for all abilities toilet within the building.
Cleaning
It is the responsibility of the hirer to place all rubbish in the bins provided outside the front door of the room. All rubbish must be cleared from the room by the hirer. All bench tops and tables must be wiped down after use. For excess cleaning there is a vacuum, mop and bucket located within the storage room at the back of the facility. See floor plan.
Hours of Operation
Collingwood Senior Citizens Centre can be booked between the hours of 8:00am - 1:00am.
Keys
Keys for the booking of the facility can be collected from the Facilities and Events Liaison Officer. An appointment to collect keys can be made by calling 9205 5729.
There is a $50.00 key bond that is required for the keys. The key bond will be refunded upon return of the keys.
Alarm
There is an alarm within the building and directions for operating the alarm will be provided with the keys.
Noise restrictions
Any noise generated by your function must comply with the relevant Environmental Protection Act Guidelines N-1 Public Address Systems. As a general rule, noise from a function should not exceed 65 Db at any perimeter of the venue being used.
Liquor Licensing
It is the users responsibility to obtain an appropriate Liquor Licence if liquor is being sold at the function. If liquor is going to be sold a copy of your liquor licence is to be forwarded to the Council at least two weeks prior to the function.

In case of an emergency, you can call Councils after hours contact on 9205-5555.
Payment
Payment can be made at either the Richmond or Collingwood Town Halls at the cashiers desk or payment can be sent to the address on the top right corner of the booking form. Payment by either cheque or money order should be addressed to the City of Yarra. Credit card facilities are available.
Bond Refund
Please allow approximately 1 month from your booking date for the refund of your bond to be processed.
