Level 1
An encouraging introduction to the standing, sitting poses, twists and breathing practices. Relaxation.
No previous experience necessary.
Level 1&2
Provides consolidation and strength. Generates a deeper understanding of yoga postures and breathing.
For beginners to intermediate students.
Level 2&3
Includes head and shoulder stand, backbends, strong standing poses, and pranayama. For experienced students , with their own regular practice.
Pilates (Pi-lah-tees) is a holistic body conditioning method which develops body awareness, alignment and control. Movements and breathing combine to strengthen the body (especially torso & abdominal muscles).
