Melbourne Cup Day – Changes in Services

Council’s customer service centres at the Richmond and Collingwood town halls will be closed on Melbourne Cup Day, Tuesday 3 November.
The Richmond Library will open from 2.00pm-5.00pm but the four other Yarra libraries will be closed for the day.
The Richmond, Collingwood and Fitzroy Leisure Centres will open from 8.00am-6.00pm, while the Burnley Golf Course will open from 6.00am-8.00pm.
Council’s rubbish and recycling collection services will operate as normal.
