Relationship Declaration Register

The City of Yarra is proud to offer residents the opportunity to register their relationship status, irrespective of gender and promote equal rights among all members of our diverse community.

Council launched its Relationship Declaration Program on Monday 7 May, 2007. Under the program two people may declare that they are partners and have this declaration recorded in the Yarra City Council Relationship Declaration Register.

To register your relationship on Yarra's Relationship Register, please read the attached policy document thoroughly and complete the corresponding application form in full.
