Council offices

Council has two customer service offices, which are located at the Richmond Town Hall and in Stanton Street, Abbotsford.

The Customer Service Centre in Stanton Street temporarily replaces the customer service desk at Collingwood Town Hall. The Collingwood Town Hall is closed to the public until August 2013 while it undergoes a major upgrade. To read more about the upgrade, visit the Collingwood Town Hall refurbishment webpage.

The locations and hours of operation of Council's customer service offices are:

Richmond Town Hall

333 Bridge Road, Richmond
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (except on Tuesday, when the offices are open until 6pm for any planning inquiries).
