What is flagging?
Flagging classes allows us to evolve the timetable which is essential if we are to live up to our commitment of delivering great group fitness experiences every time, everywhere. It also gives us an indication as to which classes we might have to tailor to provide our patrons with the best possible service.
How does it work?
All classes have a minimum expected target. Classes that average below this target over a period of time are considered for flagging. Other factors considered are; the time of the class, the total capacity of the class and the type of class that is being offered. We also consider the structure of the timetable, customer suggestions about new classes desired and trends within the fitness industry. Once all these factors are taken into consideration, a class may be flagged.

The classes highlighted on the timetable have been flagged; for further details of changes please pick up an information flyer from reception.
My favourite class has been flagged - what now?
If a class has been flagged it gives everyone a chance to get behind the class. If after the evaluation period the class is still under performing, it gives us the chance to tailor that class. Where substantial support for a change is received, we will consider this and structure a new timetable that on balance ensures we have the most relevant and up to date service for the majority of customers.
How long do I have?
Flagged classes and proposed changes to our next quarter timetable will be released the week of Monday 3 June. All information regarding flagged classes and evaluation period will be available on this webpage closer to the date.
