Land Information - Apply for a certificate

If you require a  Land Information Certificate, please fill in the land information certificate application form Application Form and choose one of the following processing methods.

For supply of certificate within 24 hours:

By Fax
a.  Fax your application and a copy of cheque for $47 payable to City of Yarra:
To: Attention Revenue Officer

b.  Then mail your application and cheque to:
City of Yarra
P.O. Box 168
RICHMOND VIC 3121

Over the Counter
Cost is $47.00 and can be made between 8.30am and 5pm at:
Collingwood Town Hall
140 Hoddle Street
Abbotsford

For supply of certificate within 5 working days:

By Mail
Send your application and a cheque for $20 payable to:
City of Yarra
P.O. Box 168
RICHMOND VIC 3121
