Land Information - Apply for a certificate

If you require a Land Information Certificate for a sale of land there are three ways to apply:

1. By Fax

a.  Fax your application and a copy of cheque for $43.00 payable to:
City of Yarra
Attention Revenue Officer
Fax No. 8417 6601
b.  Then mail your application and cheque to:
City of Yarra
P.O. Box 168
RICHMOND VIC 3121

2. By Mail

Send your application and a cheque for $20.00 payable to:
City of Yarra
P.O. Box 168
RICHMOND VIC 3121
Allow 5  working days from receipt.

3. Over the Counter

Applications cost $43.00 and can be made between 8.30am and 5pm at:
Collingwood Town Hall
140 Hoddle Street
Abbotsford
