Transport Assistance - For people with disability

Council’s Aged and Disability Services has a Community Transport service for people with disabilities to enable residents to live independently in their home.

Service & Eligibility

This service provides door to door transport to enable people with disabilities to access recreational options, shopping centres and local senior citizen's clubs.

To access the Community Transport Service you will need to be assessed as eligible by the Aged and Disability Service Planning Team. Contact them by telephoning 9205 5285.

Timeframe

The community transport service runs from 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

There is currently no cost for this service.
