The City of Yarra is committed to assisting people by protecting and enhancing their health and well-being.

With financial assistance from State and Federal Governments, under the Home and Community Care (HACC) program, Council provides support services to help frail older people and people with disabilities remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

Our services also support carers, to help them in their important caring role.

We care about your well-being and the well-being of those you care for, and we aim to assist you and your household to maintain your preferred lifestyle and independence.
