Community Infrastructure Planning
In December 2016 Council adopted a new Strategic Community Infrastructure Framework (SCIF) to ensure community infrastructure is distributed equitably, efficiently and effectively in the context of population growth and changing community needs.
The SCIF will guide Council in meeting (or advocating for) vital community infrastructure requirements, including libraries, leisure facilities, early years services, community meeting spaces and much more.

As part of the framework, Council will also deliver detailed neighbourhood-level plans over the next two years. These will be added to the list below as they are adopted.
