Arts & Cultural Plan 2005-2009

The City of Yarra Arts and Cultural Plan 2005-2009 outlines Council's vision for arts and culture in the life of the City. It reflects the needs and aspirations of Yarra's culturally diverse communities; articulates Council's role in local arts and cultural development; and identifies action priorities through five main program areas.
