Richmond Town Hall Urban Design Framework

At its meeting on 17 July 2007, Council adopted an Urban Design Framework (UDF) for the Richmond Town Hall Precinct.

The proposed refurbishment of this area will have economic, environmental and social benefits by providing:

Economic stimulus to the Bridge Road Activity Centre;
Opportunity for environmentally sustainable development principles and attributes in any redevelopment; and
A sense of place by creation of a civic and community focus.
