Planning Scheme Amendments

All development in Yarra is regulated by the Yarra Planning Scheme. Council is often making changes and additions to the Yarra Planning Scheme in response to the constant change in population and subsequent pressure to manage appropriate development, and maintain the heritage and character of our City.

The attachments below outline some of the more recent changes made to the Yarra Planning Scheme:
