Heritage Review - Yarra Planning Scheme Amendment C85

Amendment C85 is an extensive review of the City of Yarra’s current heritage precincts. This Amendment aims to refine the City of Yarra’s heritage data and improve the applicable heritage controls in the Yarra Planning Scheme.

Adoption of Heritage Review

At the Council meeting on 19 August 2008, Council adopted Amendment C85, which made changes to the proposed Amendment to address the Panel’s comments. 

At this meeting a revised Clause 22.02 was adopted.
