Amendment C101 – Richmond Maltings Site, Cremorne

Amendment C101 has been approved by the Minister for Planning and was gazetted on the 20th November 2008.
The Amendment affects land at 2 Gough Street, Cremorne and makes the following changes to the Yarra Planning Scheme.

Rezones the land from Business 3 Zone (B3Z) to a Comprehensive Development Zone (CDZ) with an Environmental Audit Overlay (EAO);
Introduces a new schedule to the Comprehensive Development Zone (CDZ3);
Deletes Design and Development Overlay Schedule 1 (DDO1) from the subject land; and
Updates Clause 81.01 to include the incorporated document “Planning and Design Principles for the Richmond Maltings Site, Cremorne – November 2007”.
