VCAT decisions

VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) is a State Government appointed panel of experts that independently reviews planning decisions made by councils.

Decisions of Interest

Corner Hotel – VCAT upheld Council’s decision to refuse to amend a planning permit to extend the Richmond hotel’s operating hours and increase its maximum patron numbers.
