Fact sheets and checklists

To help you better understand your planning needs, Council has created a range of fact sheets and planning guidelines and checklists.

The fact sheets are easy to understand explanations of different planning processes and concepts.

The planning guidelines and checklists are to be used when preparing a planning permit application to help you avoid unnecessary delays by making sure that your application includes all the necessary information.
