City of Yarra's Planning Applications from mid 2001 are now searchable on Council's Website. The data is updated each evening.

You can search by filling in one or any combination of the fields listed inside the search page. Click the submit button to execute the search or hit refresh (F5) to start again.
Search results will arrive in the form of a table including the following headings:

Application Number:	Assigned by City of Yarra
Date Received:	Date received by City of Yarra
Name:	Name of applicant or agent of applicant
Property Address:	Address of proposed development
Description:	In 255 characters or less, this field provides information on the nature of the intended development
Advert Date:	Date Council requires the development to be advertised
Determination:	This is the date on which Council makes a decision on the application
Decision:	Where the application currently sits in the planning process
Status:	The application will be either past or current
Ward:	City of Yarra ward [please note wards are listed as those applicable after 27 November 2004.
Responsible Officer:	For applications that are "past", the contact information will be listed as "info@yarracity.vic.gov.au (9205 5373)", for "current" the officer responsible for the application is listed
