Planning Permits

Many properties in the City of Yarra are covered by a Heritage Overlays. This Overlay helps to protect heritage properties by triggering a requirement for a planning application. The Heritage Overlay guides what changes can be made to a property. If you want to carry out works on your property you should check if it is covered by a Heritage Overlay.
