Health and food fees available to be paid on-line include the following:

• Food premises registration application
• Health Act registration application  (Public Health and wellbeing Act 2008)
• Food premises registration renewal 
• Health Act registration renewal  (Public Health and wellbeing Act 2008)
• Property enquiry 
• Application for transfer of premises under Health Act  (Public Health and wellbeing Act 2008)
• Application for transfer of food premises registration 

Please note that payment does not complete the application process. To complete this process, you must forward to the Public Health Unit:

1. Your signed application form
2. Your receipt number (provided at the completion of this transaction)
3. Disclosure forms - this only aplies to Property enquirys.
