SouthernLink Upgrade Project Display
The Monash-CityLink-West Gate upgrade is a $1 billion project to improve traffic flow and safety on one of the state’s busiest freeways. The SouthernLink section of the project includes the construction of an additional operating lane in each direction from the eastern Burnley and Domain tunnel portals, to where CityLink joins the Monash freeway just east of Glenferrie Road.
The SouthernLink Upgrade Project team welcomes Yarra residents to view their display at the Richmond Library, 415 Church Street, from Monday 10 September until Monday 24 September 2007. The display will include project maps, information sheets with frequently asked questions as well as neighbourhood bulletins. The display will also be manned by project staff at intermittent times throughout the two weeks, to assist in answering any questions you may have regarding the project.
