Carlton Library meeting room seats 25 - 30 people with disabled access, toilets with disabled access and whiteboard available. Access to the kitchenette and audiovisual equipment is available on request. The meeting room is available in and out of library hours.
The Community/Meeting Room (with urn and sink), attached to the Collingwood Library, is available for use by community groups. The room seats up to 60 people.
Both meeting rooms have disabled access, toilets with disabled access and a whiteboard available on request. Access to kitchen available on request.
Meeting Room 1 - Seats 30 people
Meeting Room 2 - Seats 10 people
The Meeting Room holds up to 40 people, however only limited seating is available. Ideal for small meetings. We also have a whiteboard, television, DVD player, video player, overheard projector and slide projector available. If you need any of this equipment in the meeting room, please contact staff at Richmond Library on 1300 695 427 to arrange this.

Notification is required for all cancellations
For meetings held outside library opening hours, a representative of your group must visit the library prior to the meeting to collect the keys and receive information about opening and closing procedures.
A security deposit must be paid and will be forfeited if:
Payment will be required for any breakage or loss of library property
If using the kitchen, you must supply your own tea, towels, coffee and milk.
Facilities must be left in a clean and orderly state, tables and chairs must be returned to their original places.
Premises are designated NO SMOKING areas
These premises are for hire for meetings, seminars or community events and not for private parties.
