Community Planting Days

How to get involved

Community Planting days are a great way to relax and socialise with neighbours while giving back to the environment for future generations. Rain, hail or shine we go ahead with all advertised planting days which predominantly occur in Spring and Autumn, though successful plant regeneration can occur all year round.

What to bring: hat, sunscreen, sturdy shoes, gloves, lunch, water and gardening tools.

The following places and organisations often hold community planting days.

St Heliers St, Abbotsford, (Melways 44 G5)
