
Pilates (pi-lah-tees) is a body conditioning routine in which precise, flowing movements strengthen the deep torso and back muscles, the ‘powerhouse’.
Pilates is a no impact exercise system that everyone can follow. With regular practice you will soon feel and see the many benefits – a leaner, strengthened physique, more shapely limbs and a sense of wonderful wellbeing and vitality. The exercises can be done at home – there is no need to buy expensive equipment.
Our teaching develops correct technique and foundation knowledge of the essential Pilates principles.
