
Living Longer Living Stronger is a progressive resistance training program for people 50 years and over and of any fitness or health level.
The program:
Is supervised and run by qualified staff experienced in working with people of 50 years
Is conducted in a safe, enjoyable, friendly and social environment
Includes three 1-hour sessions per week for two months
Includes an appropriate exercise screening and an individually tailored exercise program
Involves group classes.
We will guide you to develop safe strength training techniques and also encourage you to progressively increase the workload to maximise your strength capabilities.
All Living Longer Living Stronger participants must pay an initial consultation fee of $30.
Monthly Fee = $48.40
Casual Session = $5.20
Re- assessment no charge
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-9am
Medical clearance is needed before you commence your program. Please contact your GP for a signed statement about your health.
