Stroke Correction

Stroke Correction courses develop participants to be smoother, faster and more efficient in the pool. This is achieved by breaking down the stroke into its simplest form, refining each component and then progressively putting the stroke back together.

Courses consist of weekly one hour stroke correction classes over a five week period. Following the course, participants are offered four opportunities to sample Yarra Multisport’s swim squads, with the Intermediate Swim Squad being a squad specifically set up for swimmers who have recently completed the stroke correction course.
