
Yarra Multisport’s Running Course is the perfect course for any individuals wanting to improve their running technique and ability. The 6 week course will allow participants to train under experience coaches who will give expert advice on all areas of running covering technique, biomechanics of running, heart rate training zones, injury and injury management and much more.
Participants complete 3 one hour training sessions over the 6 week period before the course culminates with participants completing Fun Run of a distance of their choice either 5km/10km.
The course will utilise different areas around the City of Yarra to allow all participants to develop different types of running skills.
