Access Yarra answers almost 140,000 calls a year on a range of issues and services.
Access Yarra also offers a front counter service at the Richmond Town Hall 333 Bridge Road Richmond and the Collingwood Town Hall 140 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford. This service plus a cashier operates from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
