The Communications branch is responsible for media relations, publications, developing and maintaining Council’s website, co-ordinating corporate advertising and civic events.

The Customer Service branch is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of customer service strategies, systems, policies and standards in accordance with Council's vision and values. The Access Yarra Service Centre provides the community with a first point of contact for all Council enquiries.
