Council Meetings

Council holds regular Council and committee meetings at the Fitzroy and Richmond Town Halls, which are open to the public. Council actively encourages residents to attend and participate in the decision making process. Ordinary Council meetings include a Public Question Time segment which provides an opportunity for individuals to have their say and discuss issues of interest to them. If you have a particular issue or question you would like to raise, you can lodge a query in advance for Public Question Time.

Council minutes and agendas can be downloaded below. Please note that report attachments are not always included in the agendas. Full copies of agendas and minutes are available at the Richmond and Collingwood Town Halls and Council libraries. The contents page of each document lists a page number for each item. These numbers refer to the actual physical document and may not be relevant to the electronic document.

If you would like to join the Council Agenda electronic mailing list, send your name and email address to marcone@yarracity.vic.gov.au . You will receive an email alert whenever Council publishes an agenda or minutes document on its website along with a link to the document itself. Any personal information provided to Council in regard to subscribing to this service will only be used for the purpose of providing this service.
