Johnston Street, Fitzroy

With an impressive array of furniture stores, Johnston Street is a must for anybody looking to decorate. The west side of Johnston Street has Melbourne’s best collection of Spanish restaurants. From tapas to flamenco bars, you can even take Latin American Dance Lessons, no experience required.

Each year Johnston Street is host to the Hispanic-Latin American Festival in November. At this time of year, the street comes alive featuring the sights, smells, sounds and tastes of Spanish speaking nations.
